Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 7
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 18, strike "fifteen" and insert in lieu thereof "eleven".
2. On page 3, strike lines 9 through 25 and on page 4, strike lines 1 and 2 and insert in lieu thereof:
"G. the state land commissioner or the commissioner's designee;
H. a member of the public regulation commission appointed by the commission; and
I. the state engineer or the engineer's designee; and".
3. On page 4, lines 13 and 14, strike "or the superintendent's designee".
4. On page 6, line 4, after "law", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 5 through "courts".
