AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND SENIOR CITIZEN PROGRAMS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy thousand dollars ($170,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2011 to fund senior citizen programs in Rio Arriba county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
