has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 15, strike "Each" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as otherwise provided in this section, each".

     2. On page 2, line 21, after the period insert "A local school board with more than five members may appoint more than two board members to its audit committee.".
