AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR THE BACHELORS TO MEDICAL DEGREE PROGRAM. 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eight hundred fifty-three thousand four hundred dollars ($853,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2011 for the bachelors to medical degree program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2011 shall revert to the general fund.
