    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 197

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, after "percent" strike the remainder

of the line, strike line 21 in its entirety and strike line 22 through "percent".

     2. On page 1, line 23, after "invested" insert ", pursuant to the Uniform Prudent Investor Act,".

     3. On page 1, line 24, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 in its entirety and on page 2, strike lines 1 through 14.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
