    1. On page 1, line 14, strike the semicolon and on line 15, strike “DECLARING AN EMERGENCY”.

    2. On page 3, lines 21 and 22 strike Section 5 in its entirety.

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
