    1. On page 1, line 14, before the period, insert "AND TO DEVELOP A PROCESS FOR DETERMINING A PREQUALIFIED PREFERRED BIDDER LIST".

    2. On page 3, line 6, after "bonded", insert "and that this work group also develop a process for determining a prequalified preferred bidder list".

    3. On page 3, line 16, after "authority", strike the remainder of the line up to the semicolon.

    4. On page 3, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:

         "G. one representative appointed by the associated builders and contractors;

         H. two representatives appointed by the New Mexico building trades council AFL-CIO;

         I. one representative appointed by the national electrical contractors; 

         J. one representative appointed by the mechanical contractors association;

         K. one representative appointed by the sheet metal and air conditioner contractor association of New Mexico;".

    5. On page 3, strike lines 22 and 23 in their entirety.

    6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
