has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ALL" and insert in lieu thereof "THE LEGISLATIVE AND THE EXECUTIVE".

     2. On page 2, line 20, strike "all" and insert in lieu thereof "the legislative and the executive".

     3. On page 2, line 25, strike "all" and insert in lieu thereof "the legislative and the executive".

     4. On page 3, line 4, strike "whenever possible".

     5. On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike "and the director of the administrative office of the courts." and insert in lieu thereof:
