SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___2___ toSENATE BILL 99, as amended

    1. On page 3, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new section:

    "Section 4. CONSUMER FRAUD.--In addition to any other

remedy provided by law, a violation of the Health Care Gift Disclosure Act shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice in violation of the Unfair Practices Act.".

    2. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
