AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER IN THE MORA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the twenty-first century community learning center in the Mora independent school district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
