SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR SENATE BILL 593

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following new subsection:

         "B. A participant shall be a New Mexico resident and either a graduate of a New Mexico high school or a graduate of a New Mexico college or university.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 9, after line 25, insert the following new section:

    "Section 5. DELAYED REPEAL.--The Conditional Tuition Waiver for Primary Care Medical Students Act is repealed January 1, 2020.".

    4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
