AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LIBRARY DIVISION OF THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT TO FUND LIBRARIES IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the library division of the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to be equally divided to fund four libraries in Rio Arriba county in Embudo, Truchas, El Rito and Abiquiu. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
