    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 512

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 14, lines 2 and 3, strike "Failure of" and insert in lieu thereof "If".

    2. On page 14, line 4, after "agency" insert "fails".

    3. On page 14, strike line 5 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "six months, the alcohol and gaming division of the regulation and licensing department shall dismiss the citation".

    4. On page 34, line 17, strike "approve or disapprove" and insert in lieu thereof "hold a hearing in the local option district to solicit community input concerning the application prior to approving or disapproving".

    5. On page 34, line 18, after "upon" insert "that community input and".

    6. On page 39, lines 4 through 8, remove the brackets and line-through.

    7. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
