AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ANNUAL FIESTAS IN ESPANOLA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to contract for planning and implementation of the fiesta de Onate in Espanola. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
