    2. On page 2, line 9, strike "administers networks of" and insert in lieu thereof "contracts with".

    3. On page 2, line 10, strike "contract".

    4. On page 3, line 15, after "partnership" insert ", limited liability company".

    5. On page 4, line 12, strike "unit" and insert in lieu thereof "limited liability company".

    6. On page 4, line 18, before "registration" insert "certificate of".

    7. On page 6, line 15, strike "unit" and insert in lieu thereof "limited liability company" and strike "exclusively".

    8. On page 6, line 16, after "basis" insert "exclusively".

    9. On page 6, line 22, after "individual", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 23 and insert in lieu thereof "who".

    10. On page 6, line 24, after "of" insert "the individual's".

    11. On page 7, line 6, strike "unit" and insert in lieu thereof "limited liability company".

    12. On page 8, line 5, strike "five thousand dollars ($5,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two thousand dollars ($2,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
