    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 438

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "PAID FOR" and insert in lieu thereof "FROM THE SALE OF".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "DYED", insert "TO PERSONS ENGAGED IN AGRICULTURE".

    3. On page 1, line 18, after "DYED", insert "--SALE TO PERSONS ENGAGED IN AGRICULTURE".

    4. On page 1, strike all of line 20 and strike line 21 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "sale is made to a person who states in writing that the person is regularly engaged in the business of farming, ranching or raising animals for their hides or pelts".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
