    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 391

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 24, strike "twenty-four" and insert in lieu thereof "four".

    2. On page 3, line 24, after the period, insert "A landowner or lessee who takes or kills a predator or a covered species that presents an immediate threat to human life, livestock or family pets shall, if the predator or the covered species could be used for human consumption, take appropriate steps to field dress the carcass and protect it from spoilage until an officer or agent of the department of game and fish can remove the carcass.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
