SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ toSENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 335

    1. On page 2, line 1, after "fund", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 2 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) from the unexpended balance in the fund".

    2. On page 4, line 2, after "and", insert "no more than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) from unexpended".

    3. On pages 4 through 8, strike Sections 3 and 4 in their entirety.
