SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 275

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 11, strike "and".

     2. On page 2, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new paragraphs:

                "(2) completion of the license revocation period;

                (3) satisfaction of any court-ordered ignition interlock requirements; and".

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
