AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RIO RANCHO CYBER ACADEMY PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the Rio Rancho cyber academy program in the Rio Rancho public schools. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to general fund.
