    1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendment 4.

    2. On page 2, line 11, before the semicolon, insert "that is provided to small employers' employees and their dependents or that is offered pursuant to the Health Care Purchasing Act, medicaid, the state children's health insurance program, the state coverage insurance or any other health coverage program administered by the human services department or the department of health.".
