    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 185, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 21 and 22, and after the new Section 2, insert a new section as follows:

    “Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2009.”,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
