SENATE BILL 175, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Finance Committee Amendment 2.

     2. On page 2, line 13, after "department", insert "or the director's designee".

     3. On page 2, strike lines 14 through 16 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

                "(3) the director of the business services division of the workforce solutions department or the director's designee;".
