    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 152

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, after the subsection designation "A.", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 22 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "Upon request from a public high school in New Mexico, a public post-secondary educational institution shall provide a report of students who enroll in the institution within three years of graduating from that high school or".

    2. On page 2, line 1, after "school", insert "without enrolling in another high school or earning a general educational development certificate".

    3. On page 2, line 12, strike "first" and insert in lieu thereof "fall".

    4. On page 2, line 12, strike "second" and insert in lieu thereof "spring".

    5. On page 2, line 13, strike "freshman year" and insert in lieu thereof "first year of college".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
