AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR DIGITAL MEDIA TRAINING AND OUTREACH FOR YOUTH IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the department of cinematic arts to provide digital media training and outreach for youth in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
