has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 3, strike "Prior" and insert in lieu

thereof "Except for state public works projects, prior".

    2. On page 6, line 13, strike "Businesses" and insert in lieu

thereof "Except for state public works projects, businesses".

    3. On page 8, line 8, after the comma, insert "except for

state public works projects,".
