AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND AUTHORIZED PAY BAND INCREASES FOR SELECTED JOB CLASSIFICATIONS OF EMPLOYEES OF THE LIBRARY DIVISION OF THE CULTURAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-eight thousand six hundred dollars ($98,600) is appropriated from the general fund to the cultural affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to fund authorized pay band increases for selected job classifications of employees of the library division. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
