has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, after "time" insert "for up to fourteen days in any calendar year,".

    2. On page 2, line 3, strike ", for as many days as necessary,".

    3. On page 3, line 24, after the semicolon insert "or".

    4. On page 3, strike line 25.

    5. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    7. On page 5, line 23, strike "An employee has" and insert in lieu thereof "The workforce solutions department and the employee have".
