has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 11, before the semicolon insert "or property".

     2. On page 4, strike line 2 after "apparent" and strike line 3 up to the comma.

     3. On page 4, line 4, after "clerk" insert ", unless the financial interest has already been disclosed pursuant to the Financial Disclosure Act".
