AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO ART MUSEUM FOR AN EXHIBIT OF THE ART OF FRIEDL DICKER-BRANDEIS AND CHILDREN LIVING IN TEREZIN.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to fund an exhibit at the university of New Mexico art museum of the art of Friedl Dicker-Brandeis and children living in Terezin. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
