HOUSE BILL 729, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Items 2 and 5 of House Floor Amendment number 1.

    2. On page 5, line 5, after "other", insert "executive agency".

    3. On page 12, line 24, strike "nineteen" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen".

    4. On page 13, lines 4 through 11, strike Paragraphs (2) and (3) in their entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    6. On page 14, line 23, after the semicolon, insert a closing bracket.

    7. On page 14, line 24, through page 15, line 1, remove the line-through.

    8. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
