AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUMMER TELEVISION AND FILM WORKSHOP AT THE INSTITUTE OF AMERICAN INDIAN ARTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian affairs department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to support the summer television and film workshop at the institute of American Indian arts. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
