    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 691

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 15, strike "Thirty-three" and insert in lieu thereof "Up to thirty-three".

     2. On page 2, line 17, strike "Twenty-two" and insert in lieu thereof "Up to twenty-two".

     3. On page 2, line 18, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "six".

     4. On page 2, line 19, after the period insert "Up to twelve hours of grades seven through twelve programs may be used to consult with parents to develop next step plans for students and for parent-teacher conferences.".

     5. On page 2, line 25, after "length" insert "or number".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
