has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 10, line 12, after the period, insert an ending quotation mark.

     2. On page 10, lines 13 through 18, strike Subsection D in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
