     3. On page 15, lines 18 through 25, strike Subsection N in its entirety.

     4. Reletter the subsequent subsections accordingly.

     5. On page 22, lines 1 and 2, strike ", after consultation with the board of pharmacy if" and insert in lieu thereof ". If".

     6. On page 22, line 6, strike "board-approved" and insert in lieu thereof "board of pharmacy-approved drug".

     7. On page 27, lines 5 through 18, strike Subsection F in its entirety.

     8. Reletter the subsequent subsections accordingly.
