    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 671

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 2, after "of", strike the line up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "ten dollars ($10.00)".

     2. On page 2, line 10, after "distributed", strike the remainder of the line and on line 11, strike "(1)" and insert in lieu thereof "so that".

     3. On page 2, line 14, strike "; and", strike lines 15 and 16 in their entirety and strike line 17 up to the period.
