AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO FINE ARTS AND CREATIVE MEDIA INDUSTRIES PROGRAM AT THE GRANTS CAMPUS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for the Grants campus fine arts and creative media industries program for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 and subsequent fiscal years to expand art and creative media facilities and provide students with career pathways as entrepreneurs and artists and as part of the burgeoning state film industry. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall not revert to the general fund.
