AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TRAVEL, TRAINING AND ACTIVITY EXPENSES OF THE STATEWIDE JUNIOR RESERVE OFFICERS' TRAINING CORPS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the Albuquerque public school district to help with the travel expenses, training and activities of the junior reserve officers' training corps. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
