    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 613

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line-through.

    2. On page 3, lines 18 and 19, strike the underscored language.

    3. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, remove the brackets and line-through.

    4. On page 3, line 22, strike the underscored langauge.

    5. On page 4, line 17, after "issues", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof a period and "At least one report".

    6. On page 4, remove the line-through on lines 18 through 20 and on line 20, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
