     3. On page 2, line 11, strike "single-family" and after "residential", insert "or commercial".

     4. On page 2, line 15, strike "by residents of the county".

     7. On page 3, line 18, strike "residential".

     8. On page 5, line 24, after the period insert:

"The amount of the lien shall not exceed the annual amount of the solar energy improvement special assessment imposed on the property.".
