    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 536

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, remove the brackets and

the line through “assist an anesthesiologist in developing and implementing”.

    2. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike the underscored “develop and implement”.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
