AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO EXPAND THE COMMUNITY OUTREACH ACTIVITIES OF THE SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-eight thousand two hundred thirty dollars ($198,230) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to expand the community outreach activities of the school of architecture and planning. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
