    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 525, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 14, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.".

     2. On page 7, lines 4 and 5, strike Section 4 and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

     "Section 4. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
