HOUSE BILL 525

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 14, strike "irrevocable".

     2. On page 5, line 4, strike "payments for a term of years" and insert in lieu thereof "if held in an annuity contract; payments for a term of years;".

     3. On page 5, line 7, after "transfer" insert "or roll over".

     4 On page 5, lines 19 and 20, strike "that meet" and insert in lieu thereof "held in trust or a custodial account that meets".

     5. On page 5, line 21, after "including" insert ", without limitation,".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
