    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 499

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "GOVERNOR'S COMMISSION ON DISABILITY'S" and insert in lieu thereof "STATE'S".

     2. On page 3, lines 12 and 13, strike "governor's commission on disability's" and insert in lieu thereof "state's".

     3. On page 6, line 17, strike "governor's commission on disability's" and insert in lieu thereof "state's".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
