AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A PROGRAM FOSTERING ATHLETIC SKILLS IN AN OLYMPIC-TYPE SETTING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the developmental disabilities supports division of the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to foster athletic skills in an Olympic-type setting for persons with disabilities in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
