    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 441

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 2, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

     2. On page 3, line 3, after "conditions", insert ", consistent with the treatment plan,".

     3. On pages 4 and 5, strike Section 5 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
