AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AN ON-LINE TECHNOLOGY-BASED EDUCATION PROGRAM AT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state fair commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for an on-line technology-based mathematics and science program for educators at the African American performing arts center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
