has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 13, strike "amount in Subsection" and insert in lieu thereof "amounts in Subsections" and after "B", insert "and E".

     2. On page 5, line 21, after "distribute", insert "up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) per calendar year of the".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
