     1. On page 1, line 22, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".

     2. On page 1, line 25, strike "2012" and insert in lieu thereof "2016".

     3. On page 2, line 1, strike "2012" and insert in lieu thereof "2016".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
